This being our 10th year of business, we've shipped tens of thousands of packages. We have seen a steady decline in the on-time shipments and a rise in damaged and lost packages via USPS. We have now implemented shipping via UPS SurePost. UPS will get the package to you directly or may deliver it to your Post Office in areas that are outside of normal UPS routes. Regardless of who delivers the package to your box or door, it will be completely covered by UPS. We know that all methods have their downfalls and if you absolutely do not want the package delivered UPS, give us a call at 409-200-2791 and we will be happy to mail your order through USPS. Additional UPS delivery options (Express, etc.) are currently in the works.
