Kydex holsters are very easy to care for; simply wipe them down with a soft and dampened cloth to remove dirt and smudges. The leather lining is vegetable tanned cow hide and very durable. When a holster leaves our shop, the leather has been treated and buffed with Pecard's Leather Conditioner. Should you wish to clean the leather at any time, Pecard's is available at Pecards.com or on Amazon. Spread a small amount on the leather and buff with a soft cloth or t-shirt to remove dirt. In some instances we have seen the leather at the mouth of the holster begin to pull away. This is easily recitifed and you can reattach with a small drop of Super Glue and apply pressure until set. This may happen if the reholstering of the firearm is hitting the front of the holster. If this condition persists, you can return the holster to us and we will pull the area out to aid in your reholstering. |
